  • ALWAYS keep the caviar refrigerated immediately upon receiving your box and until serving.

  • If no fridge is available, we will provide a cooling caviar bag with gel ice packs. You can safely store the caviar there until it can be transferred to refrigeration.

  • Use only the mother-of-pearl spoon provided. Metals react with the delicate roe, altering its taste and aroma.

  • Consume your box the same day for the finest experience.

  • Blinis & waffles are artisanal, freshly made without preservatives. Best enjoyed the same day. Maximum 3 days refrigerated – but freshness and quality are best on day one.

  • Blinis & waffles contain gluten. If You need to avoid it, go for a ‘Caviar Bump’ instead! Place a small spoon of caviar on the back of your hand, between thumb and index finger. Taste directly from your skin and enjoy the purest expression of caviar.

  • Insider tip: And those waffles with crème fraîche, Oscietra and fresh fruit? Pure bliss!
