During tasting, a portion of caviar is placed on the back of your hand (between thumb and index finger) with a mother of pearl caviar spoon. This unusual way lets the heat of your body slightly warm up the roe to bring out the full richness of flavour.

At your request, we provide selected type of caviar to the Chefs cooking at the villa/hotel/yacht/event, so that he prepares dishes transforming an ordinary meal into an extraordinary gastronomic journey.. It is also possible to combine this version with caviar tasting led by a representative Antonius Caviar.
Caviar as a gift
We offer luxurious gift sets containing two cans of the highest quality caviar, accompanied by a mother-of-pearl spoon, as well as the option to purchase individual cans.
